Strategic Planning for Groundswell

Okay so today in class we presented our project on chapter 4 strategic planning. I must say I learned a lot from how companies tap into groundswell. I'm sure listing all the good in strategic planning would be time consuming but all I can say is that I enjoyed presenting useful information and hopefully I helped some one understand chapter 4 of the book Groundswell.
